Caffe Najjar Cups

For M&C Saatchi agency and their client Caffe Najjar, Open Studio recently produced Collectable Cups TVC with Lebanese painter Charles Khoury.

Creative brief from the agency was simple, yet very effective – the lines go out of the paintings all over around, heading towards the cups, and finally paint them. Director Zoran Krstic added to it one of Open Studio’s specialties, realistic liquid (oil paint) effects. It all started from hand drawn animatic.

Charles Khoury visited Belgrade for shooting. 3 shots were shot in green screen studio with DOP Miksa Andjelic, and everything else in TVC was computer generated.
